中西医结合综合康复护理干预方法在小儿脑瘫治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention method of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in children with cerebral palsy

目的:分析中西医结合综合康复护理干预方法在小儿脑瘫治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年3月本院收治的120例患小儿脑瘫患者,随机分成两组,对照组60例采用西医护理,研究组60例采用中西医结合综合康复护理,比较两组治疗总有效率及粗大运动功能和肌张力。结果:研究组总有效率95.00%比对照组的80.00%高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的粗大运动功能评分为(56.47±18.37)分,比对照组高,肌张力评分为(1.16±0.84)分,比对照组低,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合综合康复护理干预可有效提高小儿脑瘫治疗效果,提高患者粗大运动功能,有效缓解肌张力异常,在临床上具有一定应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated rehabilitation nursing intervention method in children with cerebral palsy.Methods:From March 2016 to March 2018,120 patients with cerebral palsy in our hospital were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Western medicine.The study group received 60 cases of integrated rehabilitation with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Total efficiency and gross motor function and muscle tone.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gross motor function of the study group(56.47±18.37)was higher than that of the control group,and the muscle tone(1.16±0.84)was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of cerebral palsy in children,improve the gross motor function of patients,and effectively alleviate the abnormality of muscle tension.It has certain application value in clinic.
