北京市昌平区35～64岁女性尿失禁患病情况及对生活质量的影响

The incidence of urinary incontinence among women aged 35 to 64 in Changping district of Beijing and its impact on quality of life

目的:综合分析北京市昌平区35～64岁女性尿失禁患病情况及对生活质量的影响。方法:对生活在北京市昌平区8个乡镇35～64岁的4200名女性采取随机抽样的方法,选取其中126名女性,利用国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁简表(ICI-Q-SF)对这126名女性进行现场问卷调查,并进行妇科检查,分析女性尿失禁患者的患病情况以及对患者生活质量的影响。结果:发放尿失禁简表现场问卷126份,其中,回收了126份调查问卷,回收率为100.0%。将35～64岁的女性按每10岁1组分成3组,根据调查结果发现,35～64岁女性尿失禁的患病率为46.8%,其中,55～64岁女性患病率为54.8%。结论:女性尿失禁多发于中老年患者,严重影响了患者的日常生活及身体健康,影响了患者的生活质量。

Objective:To comprehensively analyze the incidence of urinary incontinence among women aged 35~64 in Changping district of Beijing and its impact on the quality of life.Methods:16 villages and towns to live in changping district of 35~64 years,4200 women with random sampling method to select 126 women,of the 126 women international incontinence advisory committee on urinary incontinence profiles(ICI-Q-SF)on-site questionnaire survey,and examination of department of gynaecology,to analyze the prevalence of female urinary incontinence patients and its influence on patients quality of life.Results:126 questionnaires were issued,among which 126 questionnaires were collected and the recovery rate was 100%.The prevalence of urinary incontinence among women aged 35 to 64 was found to be 46.8%for women aged 35 to 64,and 54.8%for women aged 55 to 64.Conclusion:Female urinary incontinence mainly occurs in middle-aged and elderly patients,which seriously affects patients'daily life and health and affects patients'quality of life.
