一种多相物料混合控制系统的研究

摘要 在工业生产中,几种物料的混合或合成是很常见的工序,对于物料混合的控制要求也越来越高。利用PID特性和控制算法,设计了一种基于PLC(可编程序控制器)的多相物料混合控制系统。此设计方案以FX2N系列PLC为主控制器,根据物料混合的实物模拟图和功能运行控制原理图,用软件GX-developer画出功能梯形图,最后用仿真软件Simulator-7.1对控制系统进行了调试仿真。该系统实现了物料混合时的精确配比和温度控制,为多相物料混合设备能准确、有序、安全的工作提供技术保障。 In industrial production, mixing or blending several kinds of material is a common process, and it has higher requirement for material mixture control. With PID characteristics and the control algorithm, a multiphase material mixture control system based on PLC (programmable controller) was designed. PLC with FX2N series was used as controller. According to physical simulation diagram of material mixture and control schematic diagram of function operation, the design scheme drew ladder diagram with software GX-developer. The control system was debugged with the simulation software GX Simulator-7.1. The system can match the proportion of mixed materials accurately and temperature control, and provides technical support for multiphase material mixing equipment to work accurately, orderly and safely.
