摘要
采用灰色模型与马尔科夫模型相结合的方法,构建了出租车运力规模检测与预估模型,并遵循公共安全优先原则,从车载监控设备、监控预警中心服务器、车辆预警客户端3方面建立出租车运力规模预警管理系统。该系统可实时监控出租车信息,通过有机结合灰色马尔科夫模型与预警管理系统,在出租车运力规模超标之时,进行提醒报警或警戒报警,帮助相关人员及时采取措施,合理安排出租车供给数量,为公共安全的维护提供保证。
By making a combination of gray model and Markov model, the paper establishes a taxi capacity scale detection and prediction model, then, following the public safety priority principle, it builds a taxi capacity scale forewarning management system from 3 aspects. The system can real timely monitor taxi message by using an organic combination of gray Markov model. It can give out reminder alarm and alert alarm when taxi capacity scale is over. The system can help related personnel to take measures in time, and make a possible arrangement of taxi supply, guarantee public security.
