摘要 为提高汽车驱动控制器的性能以满足安全行驶的需求,研究了汽车机械式变速器优化设计的实现路径,确定了模数、齿数、齿宽、螺旋角等的约束条件,以及齿轮可靠性及变速器最大传动比等关键部分的约束条件。研究提高了机械式变速器设计的合理性,使其性能更加稳定。 In order to meet the requirements of safety and improve the performance of the motor drive controller, this paper mainly studies the optimization design of mechanical transmission path. It determines constraint conditions of the modulus, tooth number, tooth width and spiral angle, as well as the constraint condition of reliability of the gear, and the transmission ratio which are the biggest key parts. The results improve the rationality of the design of mechanical transmission. It make more stable for the operating performance.
