细胞焦亡在糖尿病肾病中的作用机制研究 被引量:5

摘要 糖尿病肾病是免疫炎性疾病,其发病机制包括炎性损伤、糖脂代谢紊乱以及遗传信息等。细胞焦亡是新型的细胞程序性死亡,其经典通路核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3、半胱酸-天冬氨酸蛋白酶1、白细胞介素-1β的激活可影响糖尿病肾病的发生与发展。探讨细胞焦亡在糖尿病肾病的作用机制可能是治疗该疾病的新方法。本文就细胞焦亡与糖尿病肾病的关系及中西医结合治疗细胞焦亡等方面的研究进展进行综述。
