摘要
设计了一种双向矫正机,具有X、Y两个方向的矫正的功能,主要用于铝合金轨道、铁轨、环件等关键零件矫正工艺,广泛应用在轨道交通、风电等领域。利用C型框架来设计机身,改善机身整体受力情况,优化了机身结构,对铁轨矫正时进行有限元分析,增加了机身结构的合理性。
A bi-directional straightening machine has been designed, which has the functions of correction in both X and Y directions. It is mainly used for the correction of key parts such as aluminum alloy rails, rails and ring parts, which is widely used in rail transportation, wind power and other fields. The C-frame has been used to design the frame, which improves the overall force of the frame and optimizes the frame structure. The finite element analysis has been performed during the correction of the rail track, which increases the rationality of the frame structure.
