大型闭式压力机快速布线系统研究

摘要 本文针对大型闭式压力机的电气线路装配复杂性和周期性问题,提出了一种快速布线系统,包括端子式连接器、触点插芯、直插式配电块。省去过多标识,缠接金属芯线,拉伸等繁琐工序,可以满足用户快速将闭式压力机中各种传感器、执行元件连接到一起的需求。通过该快速布线系统可以大大简化设备电气安装的工作强度,提高二次装配的效率。 Aiming at the complexity and periodicity of assembling the electric circuit for large closed press, a fast wiring system has been proposed, which includes terminal connector, contact core insertion and direct plug distribution block. Too many labeling, wrapping metal cores, stretching and other cumbersome procedures have been eliminated, which can meet the user's need to quickly connect the various sensors and actuators in the closed press together. The fast wiring system can greatly simplify the installation intensity of electrical installation of equipment and improve the efficiency of secondary assembly.
