基于简易伺服系统的喷雾控制

摘要 通过简单的丝杆传动机构,伺服电机将喷雾头送入模区,根据需要对移动速度、位置、喷雾量及喷气进行控制,保证脱模剂对模具模芯的保护,避免过量喷雾及喷雾位置不准确对模具及产品稳定性的影响。 Through a simple screw drive mechanism, the spray head has been fed into the die area by use of servo motor. The moving speed, position, spray volume and jet has been controlled as per requirement in order to ensure the protection of die core through release agent. The influence of excessive spray and inaccurate spray position to the stability of die and product has been avoided.
