摘要
两厢车型侧围落水槽成形工序多,平整度难以控制,一直是侧围尺寸调试的难点,也是白车身和综合匹配样架重点关注的问题。本文通过对ModelG车型两厢侧围落水槽平整度超差原因分析及不同优化方案尝试,借助Autoform仿真模拟,通过更改斜翻边顺序和翻边刀R角,有效解决了落水槽平整度难题。
There are many forming processes for the side wall of the hatchback, and the flatness is difficult to control. It has always been a difficult point in the debugging of the side wall size, and it is also a key complaint of the body-in-white and the integrated matching sample rack. In the text, through the analysis of the reasons for the out-of-tolerance flatness of the side wall sink of the Model G hatchback and the different optimization schemes, the Autoform simulation has been used to effectively solve the problem of the flatness of the sink by changing the order of the oblique flange and the R angle of the flanging cutter.
