民用飞机产品由于其自身的复杂性、客户需求的多样性等原因,自设计阶段至获得局方适航批准取得适航证进入市场运营,不可避免地需要进行大量的设计更改或优化设计。设计更改频繁、更改量大的特点导致了飞机制造过程中机体供应商的制造构型控制及差异分析过程复杂。准确进行供应商交付构型状态定义、制造过程构型纪实及有效管控制造构型偏离,保证制造构型偏离在可以接受的范围内,提供准确构型差异分析及证据表明制造符合性,是"主制造商-供应商"模式下对供应商构型管理的重点和难点。通过对民用飞机制造过程中供应商交付构型定义、设计更改控制、构型偏离控制、构型纪实要求进行分析,提出了对供应商构型差异管理的管理方案。

The structure of civil aircrafts is complicated and customer needs are diverse. For this reason, civil aircraft products are required a large amount of design changes or design optimization from design phase to market access after approved by CAAC. Frequent and numerous design changes lead to manufacturing configuration control and difference analysis process are more complex for aircraft suppliers. The significant key and difficult points of Air Framer-Supplier Model Supplier Configuration Management are how to define perform supplier configuration state accurately, how to ensure manufacturing configuration deviation within acceptable range, manufacturing process configuration documentary and effective management control deviation, how to provide accurate configuration difference analysis and evidence shows manufacturing conformity.
