物流配送中心在整个供应链中的作用越来越凸显,而现实中物流配送中心的运作水平并不是特别理想。在分析某饮品企业的物流配送中心的工作特点和现状的基础上。利用Flexsim仿真软件建立配送中心系统工作流程模型;通过仿真分析,发现了配送中心存在的问题和不足之处;提出了针对性的改进方案并对其进行了仿真模拟,对比仿真结果数据,验证了改进方案的可行性。

The role of logistics distribution center in the whole supply chain is becoming more and more prominent, and the actual operation level of logistics distribution center is not particularly ideal. On the basis of the analysis of work characteristics and current situation of the logistics distribution center of a certain beverage enterprise , the distribution center work flow system modelis established using Flexsim simulation software. The distribution center problems and deficiencies were foundthrough simulation analysis. Targeted improvement programs were put forward and the simulation was carried out, simulation results verify the feasibility of the improved program.
