电控箱粘弹性环状隔振器偏心阻尼特性研究

摘要 为了更精确地分析不同工况下,偏心对装配有多层环状隔振器的悬臂掘进机电控箱减振效果的影响,在考虑电控箱因为质量分布不均发生偏心的情况下,利用拉格朗日方程建立电控箱有偏心和外载情况下的运动微分方程,采用精细积分法对方程进行精确求解,并通过Simulink对向左横扫及钻进两种不同的工况下电控箱的振动情况进行仿真。结果表明:在掘进机向左横扫或钻进工况下,当电控箱的偏心距e_x从0 m增大到0. 10 m时,电控箱z向的振动加速度增幅>81. 11%,绕x轴的振动角加速度增幅>73. 73%;当电控箱的偏心距e_y从0 m增大到0. 10 m时,电控箱z向的振动加速度增幅> 117. 34%,绕x轴的振动角加速度增幅> 102. 68%.在向左横扫及钻进工况,偏心距e_y对电控箱振动加速度的影响要更加明显。 In order to analyze more accurately the influence of eccentricity on the vibration control effect of the electrical control box of a cantilever roadheader equipped with a multi-layer ring-shaped vibration isolator in different working conditions, this paper considers that in the case of eccentricity of the electrical control box, the Lagrange equation is used to establish the motion differential equation of electric control box with eccentricity and external load. The exact integral method is used to solve the equation accurately, Simulink is used to simulate the vibration of electric control box under two different conditions of sweeping to the left and drilling. The results show that when the boring machine is swept left or drilled, when the eccentricity ex of the electric control box is increased from 0.00 m to 0. 10 m, the vibration acceleration in the z direction increases by more than 81.11% acceleration around the x-axis accelerates by more than 73. 73%. When the eccentricity e of the electric control box increases from 0. 00 m to 0. 10 m, the z-direction vibration acceleration increases by more than 117. 34% and the vibration angle around the x-axis acceleration increase > 102. 68%. Under the swepting to the left and drilling conditions, the eccentricity ey on the vibration acceleration of electric control box to be more pronounced.
