The paper briefly describes the main composition contents and utilization direction of the calcium carbide furnace gas from the first-phase 400 000 t/y calcium carbide project of Xinjiang Guotai Xinhua Mining Company,introduces the process flow and related design of the facilities of calcium carbide furnace gas purification and comprehensive recovery,which has achieved utilization of calcium carbide furnace gas resources with significant economic and social benefit.
