环冷烧结矿冷却过程数值模拟与软件开发 被引量:3

摘要 环式冷却机是烧结矿料的重要冷却设备,其设计理论均基于20世纪80年代日本以台车高度1.5m的实验研究结果,导致系列产品所有台车高度均为1.5m,且难以预测烧结矿物性参数偏离实验工况下的环冷机真实冷却效果。作者在研究烧结矿风冷热交换机理和等效仿真模型基础上,应用VB.NET语言,基于CFD平台,开发了环式鼓风冷却机烧结矿冷却过程自动仿真软件。该软件具备环冷机几何参数、烧结矿物性参数、烧结矿初始温度、风机风量等友好参数输入界面,自动仿真烧结矿温度、排出烟气温度随时间的变化曲线并以数据文件和图像显示。测试结果与仿真结果对比表明,烧结矿冷却过程仿真结果与实测结果误差在5%以内,满足工程精度要求,可以预测烧结矿冷却效果、指导环式冷却机的产品设计。 Ring cooler is an important cooling device of sinter ore and its design theory was based on the experiment result on 1.5 m high pallet by Japanese in 1980s,which results in all pallets of series products having a height of 1.5 m and difficulty to predict the real cooling effect of ring cooler when sinter physical parameters deviate from experimental conditions.On the basis of research on the heat exchange mechanism of sinter ore air cooling and equivalent simulation model,the authors of the paper developed automatic simulating software for sinter cooling process of ring blast cooler by using VB.NET language based on CFD platform.The software has input interface for friendly parameters such as the geometric parameters of the cooler,sinter physical parameters,sinter initial temperature and blower output,automatically simulates sinter temperature and the changing curve of fume emission temperature with time and displays them with images as well as data documents.Comparison of actual test results and simulation results showed that the difference between them is within 5%,which meets the requirement of engineering accuracy,can be used to predict sinter cooling effect and instruct product design of ring cooler.
