摘要
糖尿病患者体内存在的高糖环境能促进miR-27a表达水平上调。miR-27a通过影响足细胞、肾小球系膜细胞及肾小管上皮细胞在糖尿病肾病(DKD)中起作用,主要通过miR-27a/过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ/β联蛋白轴、miR-27a/过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ/转化生长因子β1/Smad3信号通路以及miR-27a/叉头状转录因子O1信号通路实现足细胞损伤、肾组织纤维化、内质网应激等。这些机制相互影响作用于肾脏相关结构,引发对应肾功能的损伤,促进DKD进展。目前关于miR-27a的机制研究主要针对肿瘤领域,对DKD的影响还不明确,进一步研究可为DKD的诊断和治疗提供新靶点。
The presence of high glucose environment in diabetic patients can promote the expression of miR-27a.miR-27a plays an important role in diabetic kidney disease(DKD) mainly by influencing glomerular mesangial cells,podocytes and renal tubular epithelial cells.miR-27a can mediate podocyte injury,renal fibrosis,endoplasmic reticulum stress via miR-27a/ peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ/β-catenin axis,miR- 27a/peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ/transforming growth factor-β1/Smad3 signaling pathway and miR-27a/forkhead transcription factor O1 signaling pathway.These mechanisms have effects on renal structure in many ways,cause damage to renal function,and promote the progression of DKD.Studies of the mechanisms related to miR-27a are mainly focused on the carcinoma fields nowadays,and its effect in DKD is still unclear,so further studies may provide new target for the diagnosis and treatment of DKD.
