摘要 先天性心脏病(CHD)是小儿常见的心血管疾病,患儿心率较快且不稳定、对辐射更敏感,对检查设备的要求较高。双源CT扫描速度快、辐射剂量低,对心内畸形、心脏大血管连接处畸形及心外畸形均能清晰显示,在CHD的诊断、术后效果预测及随访中发挥重要作用。近年来出现的第三代双源CT在扫描速度、单扇区时间分辨率及迭代重建等方面均有很大进步,还减少了运动伪影和射线束硬化伪影。尽管CT成像辐射剂量不断降低,但对其诱发恶性肿瘤的潜在风险仍应足够重视,特别是儿科患者。 Congenital heart disease(CHD) is a common cardiovascular disease in children,because the heart rate of children is usually fast and unstable,and more sensitive to radiation dose,it puts higher requirements to the inspection equipment .Dual-source CT characterized by rapid scanning speed,low radiation dose, and the ability of clearly displaying the intracardiac,heart-vessel conjunction and extracardiac malformations,plays an important role in the diagnosis,postoperative effect prediction and follow-up of CHD.In the recent years,the third-generation dual-source CT has made great progress in scanning speed,single-sector time resolution and iterative reconstruction,and has also reduced motion artifacts and beam-hardening artifacts.Despite the decreasing dose of CT imaging radiation,the potential risk of inducing malignancy still deserves due attention,especially in pediatric patients.
