种植修复中金属材料对头颈部磁共振成像的影响

Research Progress of Effect of Metal Materials of Implant Prosthesis on Head and Neck Magnetic Resonance Imaging

磁共振技术在头颈部疾病诊断中的应用广泛,而口腔内金属材料的存在会影响头颈部磁共振图像的质量。在行磁共振检查时,影像科医师往往会要求患者拆除口内的金属材料。对于天然牙支持式的固定修复义齿而言,拆除和重做修复体相对可行,但对于种植体支持的修复义齿来说,取下修复体甚至取出种植体代价较大。国内外学者进行了大量关于不同金属材料、不同磁共振参数对金属伪影影响的研究,同时对减少甚至消除金属伪影的方法也进行了探索。对于种植修复义齿对磁共振图像的影响程度仍需更多研究。

Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) technology plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis of head and neck diseases,while the metal materials in oral cavity will affect the quality of head and neck MRI images.The patients are usually requested to remove their dental materials when they need a MRI.It is relatively feasible to remove the restoration for tooth- supported fixed prostheses.However,it is too costly to remove the implant-supported prostheses.Many scholars have studied the influence of different dental materials and magnetic resonance parameters on the metal artifacts,and explored the ways to reduce the influence.More research is needed to study the impact of implant prosthesis in MRI.
