不同牙列期安氏Ⅱ类2分类错(牙合)畸形矫治的研究进展

Clinical Study on the Correction of Class Ⅱ Division 2 Malocclusion in Different Dentition Stages

安氏Ⅱ类2分类错是临床上较为常见的一类错畸形,该类错畸形的形成和发生与遗传、口腔不良习惯以及婴幼儿时期的慢性疾病等因素相关。乳牙期出现的安氏Ⅱ类2分类错畸形已经表现出上下颌骨、颌面部软组织特征的异常,随着生长发育的进行,该类错在替牙期、恒牙列初期以及后期所表现出的异常会更加明显,并会出现牙龈炎、牙周炎等牙周疾病,严重时甚至出现颞下颌关节紊乱疾病症状。不同牙列期安氏Ⅱ类2分类错畸形患者的软硬组织异常特征表现不尽相同,在矫治后相应的变化也具有一定的差异性。

Class Ⅱ division2 malocclusion is a relatively common type of malocclusion in clinical practice. The formation and occurrence of such malocclusions are related to many factors such as heredity,bad oral habits,and chronic diseases in infants and young children.The class Ⅱ division2 malocclusion deformed in the deciduous period has been characterized by abnormalities of the soft tissue of the upper and lower jaw and the maxillofacial region.With the growth and development,the malocclusion is in the dentition period,the initial stage of the permanent dentition and the late stage.The abnormalities displayed will be more obvious,and there will be periodontal diseases such as gingivitis and periodontitis.In severe cases, symptoms of the temporomandibular disorders may occur.The abnormal characteristics of soft and hard tissues of patients with class Ⅱ division2 malocclusions in different dentition periods are not the same,and the corresponding changes after treatment are also different.
