摘要
心血管疾病具有高患病率和高致死率的特点,已严重威胁人类健康,并给社会带来巨大负担。近年来心血管疾病的诊治方法,尤其是介入治疗、冠状动脉旁路移植术等均取得实质性进展,但仍需要更多新技术的补充。超声微泡技术提高了超声成像能力,靶向微泡破坏可将治疗的药物或基因精准释放于靶组织,这些技术使心血管疾病的诊断及治疗更加准确、精细、高效。在高血压肾损伤、心力衰竭、急性冠状动脉综合征、心肌干细胞移植及基因转染等中,超声微泡技术的应用有可观的发展前景。
Cardiovascular diseases have high prevalence and high mortality,which have seriously threatened human health and put a huge burden on society.In recent years,the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,especially interventional therapy and coronary artery bypass grafting,have made substantial progress,but more new technologies are needed.Ultrasound microbubble technology enhances the ability of ultrasound imaging,and targeted microbubble destruction can accurately deliver therapeutic drugs or genes to the target tissues.These technologies make the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases more accurate,precise and efficient.The application of ultrasonic microbubble technology has considerable development prospects in the treatment of hypertensive kidney injury,heart failure,acute coronary syndrome,cardiac stem cell transplantation and gene transfection.
