摘要 柠条、沙柳等沙生灌木是我国西部地区防沙治沙的重要树种,为更好地解决沙生灌木平茬复壮的问题,设计了一种基于液压式马达驱动的铣削式割灌刀具并对其工作参数进行优化。通过Solid Works建立铣削式割灌机切割刀具三维模型,运用Abaqus软件对刀具割灌过程进行仿真分析,采用正交试验的方法,以切割刀具切割沙柳时的切割力为试验指标,以矩形刀片的厚度、刀片刃角和刀片转速为试验因素,研究切割刀具在切割过程中影响受力的显著因素,从而确定矩形刀片最优作业参数组合。根据仿真试验结果,当刀辊转速为5 500 r/min、矩形刀片厚度为4 mm、刃角为35°时,刀具工作状态最优,基本符合灌木平茬复壮的要求。 Sandy shrubs like Caragana and Salix are important tree species for sand control and prevention in Western China. In order to better solve the problem of even stubble rejuvenation,a milling type brush cutting tool driven by hydraulic motors was designed and its working parameters were optimized. A 3D model for the milling type brush cutting tool was established using Solid Works, with Abaqus software used to conduct simulation analysis of the brush cutting process of the cutting tool. With an orthogonal test method,with cutting force applied to cutting Salix as the test indicator,the blade thickness and cutting blade angle and blade speed as test factors,the significant factors that affect the cutting force in the cutting process were studied,based on which the optimal working parameters combination of the cutting tool was determined. Based on the simulation test result,in the case of a cutter roller speed of 5 500 r/min ,rectangular blade thickness of 4 mm and edge angle of 35°,the tools had the best work status,basically meeting the even stubble rejuvenation requirements of brushes.
