摘要
刀具是移树机的主要工作部件,振动式移树机刀具振幅、频率和切削速度的正确选择可以有效地降低切削土壤时的切削阻力。应用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对移树机弧形刀具振动切削过程进行有限元仿真,分析在不同振动参数下刀具与土体在切削过程中的应力变化情况以及切削过程中的切削阻力。利用正交试验法选择最佳振动参数,降低切削阻力。
Cutters are the main working parts of tree transplanters,Choosing the right amplitude, frequency and cutting speed of a vibrating tree transplanter can effectively reduce the cutting resistance when cutting soil. In this paper,the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate the vibration cutting process of the curved cutter,analyze the stress changes of the curved cutter and the soil body in the cutting process under different vibration parameters and the cutting resistance in the cutting process. The orthogonal method is used to select the best vibration parameters and reduce the cutting resistance.
