使用环境舱法分析木质办公家具产品中有害物的释放

Analysis of Release of Harmful Substances in Wooden Office Furniture Products with the Environmental Cabin Method

随着人们在室内活动时间的延长,室内环境质量的保障就变得十分必要。木家具产品是室内装饰装修必不可少的元素,同时也是人们日常接触最多的家居物品。本次研究主要针对常见的木质办公家具产品,对其产生的甲醛及其他挥发性有机物进行测试,结果表明:挥发性有机物是木制办公家具释放的主要污染物,自然释放8周后,78%的样品释放速率已经衰减并符合要求。另外,通过本次实验,筛查出木质办公家具中释放的70种对人体有害的VOCs。

With the extension of human indoor activities,it is necessary to guarantee of the quality of indoor environment. Wood furniture products are an indispensable element of interior decoration, and they are also the most common household items that people are exposed to in daily life. This research mainly targets common wooden office furniture products,with the formaldehyde and other volatile organic compounds produced by them tested. The results show that volatile organic compounds are the main pollutants released from wooden office furniture. After 8 weeks of natural release,the release rate of 78% samples attenuated and met the requirements. Besides,this test showed 70 kinds of VOCs harmful to human body released from wooden office furniture.
