SLIPA喉罩与PLMA喉罩在右美托咪定全身麻醉隆乳术中的麻醉效果比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较LIPA喉罩与PLMA喉罩在右美托咪定全身麻醉隆乳术中的麻醉效果。方法选择2017年1月~2018年6月我院收治80例内窥镜下假体隆乳术患者作为研究对象,均采用喉罩吸入麻醉联合右美托咪定全身麻醉。其中SLIPA组(40例)置入SLIPA喉罩,PLMA组置入PLMA喉罩。结果与T1(喉罩置入前)相比,两组T4(组织剥离)、T6(拔出喉罩)动脉压、心率明显升高(P <0.05)。SLIPA组T4、T6动脉压、心率低于PLMA组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组麻醉维持中丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼用量、停药至苏醒时间、喉罩拔除时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。SLIPA组不良反应少于PLMA组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 SLIPA喉罩与PLMA喉罩在右美托咪定全身麻醉隆乳术对静脉麻醉药物用量、术后唤醒影响不大,喉罩拔除操作难度相近。SLIPA喉罩者麻醉过程中生命体征更平稳,不良反应更小,值得临床推广。 Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of LIPA laryngeal mask and PLMA laryngeal mask in dexmedetomidine general anesthesia breast augmentation surgery. Methods From January 2017 to June 2018, 80 patients undergoing endoscopic prosthesis augmentation mammoplasty in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. All patients were given laryngeal mask inhalation anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine general anesthesia. SLIPA laryngeal mask was implanted in group SLIPA(40 cases) and PLMA laryngeal mask was implanted in group PLMA. Results Compared with T1(before laryngeal mask insertion), T4(tissue dissection), T6(removal of laryngeal mask) arterial pressure and heart rate in the two groups increased significantly(P < 0.05).T4, T6 arterial pressure and heart rate in SLIPA group were lower than those in PLMA group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in propofol, remifentanil dosage, recovery time and laryngeal mask removal time between the two groups(P > 0.05). The adverse reactions in SLIPA group were less than those in PLMA group(P < 0.05). Conclusion SLIPA laryngeal mask and PLMA laryngeal mask in dexmedetomidine general anesthesia augmentation mammoplasty have little effect on the dosage of intravenous anesthetics and postoperative wake-up, and the removal of laryngeal mask is similar. SLIPA laryngeal mask patients have more stable vital signs and less adverse reactions during anesthesia, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
