超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合小针刀皮下剥离法治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效观察及分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合小针刀皮下剥离法治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效。方法选取我院2018年8月至2019年2月期间收治的42例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为试验组(n=21)和对照组进行研究。两组均采用超脉冲CO_2进行治疗,其中试验组在每次超脉冲CO_2术前先行小针刀皮下剥离术。在治疗结束后对患者痤疮凹陷性瘢痕治疗效果、患者满意度、不良反应以及停工时间,痂皮脱落时间进行评价。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率为95.23%,明显优于对照组71.42%(P <0.05),试验组患者的满意度有20人的满意度达到满意以上,明显优于对照组12人(P <0.05)。结论运用超脉冲CO_2点阵激光疗法联合小针刀皮下剥离法治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕效果良好,不良反应少,该方法值得运用及推广。 Objective To discuss and analysis of curative effects of CO2 fractional laser combined with small needle scalpel subsicion therapy. Methods 42 cases of facial atrophic scar after acne from August 2018 to February 2019 were collected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=21) and the control group. Both groups were treated with CO2 fractional laser,but the experimental group were treated with small needle scalpel subsicion before the CO2 fractional laser. Comparision of the efficiency,satisfaction、sideeffects、downtime and decrustation time. Result The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.23%,obviously better than the control group 71.42%(P < 0.05).The satisfaction number of experimental group were 20 obviously better than the number of control group 12(P < 0.05). Conclusion Treating atropic scar after acne with CO2 Fractional Laser Combined with Small Needle Scalpel Subsicion Therapy has good effect,less sideeffec.This treatment is worth applying and promoting.
