DPL精准光联合CO_2激光治疗面部毛细血管扩张疗效观察

Observation of the efficacy of DPL precision light combined with CO_2 laser in the treatment of facial telangiectasia

目的比较DPL精准光联合CO_2激光治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的临床疗效。方法以2016年6月-2018年6月我院皮肤科治疗的82例面部毛细血管扩张症患者为本文研究对象,进行回顾性分析。将所选患者根据不同治疗方式将其分为对照组和观察组,每组患者各41例。对照组单纯采用DPL精准光治疗,观察组采用DPL精准光联合CO2激光治疗。在治疗前后对两组患者的面部评分情况进行评估并比较,分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果经过治疗后,观察组面部皮肤评分明显高于对照组,差异显著有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为90.2%,高于对照组的80.5%(P <0.05)。本文所选患者均在治疗后,使用医用透明质酸修护生物膜,消除皮肤紧绷感。两组患者术后不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论面部毛细血管扩张症患者采用DPL精准光与CO_2激光治疗,较单纯DPL精准光治疗更能改善患者面部皮肤状况,疗效较佳。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of DPL precision light combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of facial telangiectasia. Methods 82 patients with facial telangiectasia treated by our department of dermatology from June 2016 to June1818 were selected as subjects, for retrospective analysis. The selected patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, and each group of patients had 41 cases. The control group was treated with DPL-accurate light alone, and the observation group was treated with DPL precision light combined with CO2 laser. The facial scores of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared before and after treatment, and the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment, the facial skin score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.2%, which was higher than that of the control group(80.5%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion DPL precision light and CO2 laser treatment in patients with facial telangiectasia can improve the facial skin of patients with simpler than DPL treatment.
