Q开关激光联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑疗效的观察

Observation on the efficacy of Q-switched laser combined with IPL in the treatment of melasma

目的探讨Q开关激光联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法选择我院医学整形美容科2017年1月至2018年1月共90例黄褐斑患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各45例,对照组接受Q开关1064nm激光治疗,观察组接受Q开关1064nm激光联合强脉冲光治疗,对两组患者治疗后黄褐斑皮损面积及严重指数(MASI)进行观察。结果观察组基本治愈34例,显效5例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率93.33%;对照组基本治愈28例,显效4例,有效3例,无效10例,总有效率77.77%。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 Q开关1064nm激光联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑有明显临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Q-switched laser combined IPL the treatment of melasma. Methods 90 patients with melasma from January 2017 to January 2018 in the department of plastic and reconstructive of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table methed,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated by Q-switch 1064 nm laser,while the observation group was treated by Q-switch 1064 nm laser combined with IPL.After treatment, the area and severity index of melasma skin lesion(MASI) of the two groups were analyzed.Results In the observation group,34 cases were basically cured,5 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,28 cases were basically crued, 4 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 77.77%. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions Q-switched 1064 nm laser combined with IPL has obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of melasma,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
