玻璃纤维桩联合全瓷冠桩核冠修复在前牙牙体缺损患者中的应用 被引量:11

Application of Glass Fiber Post Combined with All-Ceramic Crown and Post Crown Restoration in Patients with Anterior Teeth Defect

摘要 目的探究玻璃纤维桩联合全瓷冠桩核冠修复在前牙牙体缺损患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年5月我院69例前牙牙体缺损患者,依据治疗方案不同分为观察组与对照组。其中观察组35例(40颗牙)予以玻璃纤维桩联合全瓷冠桩核冠修复,对照组34例(38颗牙),予以铸造金属桩联合钴铬烤瓷冠桩核冠修复。修复后6个月,统计对比两组修复效果、成功率及修复前后牙周袋深度(PD)及龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平。结果修复后6个月,两组修复体完整所占比例相比,无明显差异(P> 0.05),观察组颜色匹配、边缘适合性所占比例均高于对照组(P <0.05);修复后6个月,观察组ALP水平较对照组低(P <0.05),但两组PD相比,无明显差异(P> 0.05);修复后6个月,观察组修复成功率较对照组高(P <0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩联合全瓷冠桩核冠修复具有良好的生物相容性,应用于前牙牙体缺损患者中,可提高修复成功率,且对患者牙龈影响较小,在临床治疗中值得推广与应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of fiberglass pile combined with all-ceramic crown and post crown in the treatment of anterior teeth defects. Methods From January 2017 to May 2018, 69 patients with anterior teeth defects in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment options. Among them, 35 cases(40 teeth) in the observation group were restored with glass fiber post combined with all-ceramic crown and post crown, and 34 cases(38 teeth) in the control group were restored with cast metal pile and cobalt-chromium porcelain crown. Six months after restoration, the effect, success rate, periodontal pocket depth(PD) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) levels in gingival crevicular fluid were compared between the two groups. Results Six months after restoration, there was no significant difference in the proportion of complete prosthesis between the two groups(P > 0.05).. The proportion of color matching and edge fitness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Six months after restoration, the ALP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05) but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the proportion of PD(P > 0.05). Six months after restoration, the success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Fiberglass post combined with all-ceramic crown post-core crown has good biocompatibility. It can improve the success rate of restoration in patients with anterior teeth defect, and has little influence on patients’ gingiva. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical treatment.
