CFS悬吊术治疗一例儿童重度上睑下垂手术体会

Operative experience on conjoint fascial sheath suspension in a treatment of severe child upper eyelid ptosis

目的探讨采用CFS联合筋膜鞘治疗重度上睑下垂手术中的方法及技巧;方法通过采用CFS联合筋膜鞘治疗一例儿童重度上睑下垂患者的实践活动,探讨手术操作技巧及术后效果;结果采用CFS联合筋膜鞘治疗重度上睑下垂,术后眼睑弧度良好,眼睑位置良好,悬吊的生物力学方向完全与提上睑肌的力量方向相同;结论 CFS矫正重度上睑下垂可动态提升上眼睑的高度,术后眼睑位置及弧度患者满意度高,为临床上治疗重度上睑下垂提供一种有效的选择术式。

Objective To explore the methods and techniques of CFS combined with fascia sheath in the treatment of severe child upper eyelid ptosis. Methods The operative technique and postoperative effect were discussed by using CFS combined with fascia sheath to treat a child with severe ptosis. Results Using CFS combined with fascia sheath to treat severe ptosis, the fitter eyelid curvature, better eyelid position and the more satisfied biomechanical direction of suspension exactly the same as that of the upper eyelid muscle were obtained. Conclusion The more satisfied height and eyelid position can be got by the CFS surgery treatment, the fitter eyelid curvature too. It will be an effective choice for the treatment of severe ptosis in clinical practice.
