女性吸毒人群毒品暴露历史对屈光、眼压及眼表的影响

摘要 目的探讨女性吸毒人群毒品暴露历史对屈光、眼压及眼表的影响。方法选取2015-2016年200名400只眼初入安徽省女子强制戒毒所的戒毒人员为研究组,记录吸食毒品的种类、时间、方式。另随机选取100名200只眼正常女性人群为对照组。对两组人群进行眼部检查。检查项目有:视力,采用标准对数视力表;泪膜破裂时间,角膜使用2%荧光素染色观察角膜是否有着色;角膜、前房、晶状体及眼底变化;眼压,非接触眼压测量等。结果研究组有18人36只眼出现下方角膜点染,占9%;对照组未发现有角膜点染,两组差别有统计学意义(P=0.000)。研究组有22人检查发现晶状体点状混浊,占11%;对照组晶体未见明显浑浊,两组差别有统计学意义(P=0.001)。研究组眼压:18.22±3.43;正常组15.79±2.57;差别有统计学意义(P=0.000)。研究组泪膜破裂时间均数是11.82±2.71;对照组是18.26±3.98;两组差别有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论吸食毒品可以导致眼角膜上皮的完整性破坏,泪膜破裂时间缩短,眼压增高,晶状体混浊增加。 Objetive Aim To investigate the effect of substance abuse on refraction, intraocular pressure, and corneal structure in female subjects. Methods Two hundred substance abusers in Anhui Women's Compulsory Detoxification Center between 2015 and 2016 were enrolled in the ophthalmologic exam. Drug type, exposure time and route of administration were recorded. One hundred age?matched healthy women were recruited as the control group. All subjects received eye exam, including vision acuity using standard logarithmic visual scale, breakup time of tear film, cornea staining using 2% fluorescent dye, changes in cornea, anterior chamber, lens and fundus, as well as intraocular pressure using non-contact intraocular pressure measurement. Results There were 18 corneas (9 abusers) presented with dyed cornea, accounting for 9% in substance abusers. Meanwhile no dyed cornea was observed in the healthy control group (P < 0.001).12 substance abusers, accounting for 11% in substance abusers, presented with punctate opacity in lens, which was not observed in the healthy control group (P < 0.01). The intraocular pressure (mmHg) in substance abusers and control group was 18.22 ± 3.43 and 15.79 ± 2.57, respectively (P < 0.001)). The time of breakup time of tear film (s) in substance abusers and control group was 11.82 ± 2.71 and 18.26 ± 3.98, respectively (P <0.001). Conclusion substance abuse can impair the integrity of corneal epithelium, decrease breakup time of tear film, elevate intraocular pressure and phacoscotasmus.
