左旋多巴联合多媒体训练系统在屈光不正性弱视患儿中的应用及短期随访研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究左旋多巴联合多媒体训练系统在屈光不正性弱视患儿中的应用及短期随访效果。方法选取我院屈光不正性弱视患儿90例(162眼),按照随机抽签法分为对照组47例(81眼)、观察组43例(81眼)。对照组采取多媒体训练系统治疗,观察组采取左旋多巴+多媒体训练系统治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治愈者立体视觉效果及治疗前后各空间频率视敏感度。结果观察组总有效率95.06%(77/81)较对照组77.78%(63/81)高(P<0.05);观察组治愈者立体视觉正常率51.11%(23/45)较对照组27.27%(9/33)高(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组100%、75%、50%、25%对比度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论屈光不正性弱视患儿采用左旋多巴联合多媒体训练系统治疗,疗效显著,可明显改善立体视觉,提高视敏感度,值得临床推广。 Objetive To study the application and short-term follow-up of levodopa combined with multimedia training system in children with ametropic amblyopia. Methods Ninety patients (162 eyes) with ametropic amblyopia were enrolled in our hospital. According to the random sampling method, 47 patients (81 eyes) of control group and 43 patients (81 eyes) of observation group were observed. The control group was treated with a multimedia training system, and the observation group was treated with levodopa combined with multimedia training system. The therapeutic effects of the two groups, the stereoscopic visual effects of the healers, and the visual sensitivity of each spatial frequency before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.06%(77/81), which was higher than that of the control group (77.78%(63/81)). The normal rate of stereopsis in the observation group was 51.11%(23/45), higher than 27.27% in the control group.(P <0.05);after 6 months of treatment, the 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25% contrast of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Children with ametropic amblyopia are treated with levodopa combined with multimedia training system. The curative effect is good, which can significantly improve stereoscopic vision and visual sensitivity. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
