双眼视觉训练对儿童斜视术后双眼视功能重建的研究进展

Progress of the Study on the Binocular Visual Training in Reconstructing the Binocular Visual Function of Children after the Strabismus Surgery

大部分斜视的儿童斜眼的视力都有不同程度的降低,更可能造成弱视。双眼视觉是指双眼协调、准确、均衡地同时工作,是视功能的重要组成部分,它的损害不利于患儿生活与学习,恢复双眼视觉目前已经成为斜视治疗的首要目的。通过视觉训练,可以明显促进斜视矫正术后双眼视觉功能的建立,有助于维持斜视矫正术后眼位矫正的效果,促进患者的康复,减少术后视力障碍,提高患者手术效果的满意度。

Strabismus would result in decreased vision in varying degrees, or, more likely, amblyopia if presented during a large part of childhood. As an important part of visual functions, binocular vision is a type of vision in which two eyes are able to work together in a coordinated, exact and balanced way. Binocular vision disorder would affect children's life and study. Therefore, the prime aim of treating strabismus is to repair the binocular vision. Binocular visual training obviously promotes the reconstruction of binocular visual function after the amblyopia correction therapy. And it ensures the therapy efficacy afterwards and helps patients recover from amblyopia. And it also enables patients to make the most of their remaining vision, making them more satisfied with the therapy.
