跨境电商背景下中高职国际商务专业人才培养模式的改革

Reform of International Business Major Training Model in Secondary and Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Cross-border E-commerce

跨境电商是目前国际贸易新的发展方向,是国际贸易新的推动力、增长点。以中小型跨境电商企业为主力的跨境电商行业发展潜力巨大,加之政策环境持续改善,中高职学校应顺应时代要求建立国际商务专业跨境电商方向,并对以业务流程为基础的课程设置改革、岗位需求为基础的实训实践改革和师资队伍建设提出建议。

cross-border e-commerce is a new development direction of international trade and a new driving force for growth of international trade. Due to the small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises are the main force of cross-border e-commerce industry,it has great potential for development,coupled with the continuous improvement of policy,the author believes that secondary and higher vocational college should comply with the requirements of the time,thus to establish the direction of cross-border e-commerce for international business major. This study puts forward some suggestions on the reform of basic curriculum system,the reform of practical training based on post setting and the construction of teaching staff.
