摘要
目的:研究翻转课堂教学模式在骨科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取我院骨科在2016年6月—2018年5月接收的护理临床大专实习生120人,按照数字随机的方式分为对照组和实验组各60人,分别安排在骨一区与骨二区进行临床带教。骨一区为对照组,采用传统带教模式,骨二区为实验组,采用翻转课堂教学模式,对两组护理实习学生在骨牵引护理、髋关节置换术后护理、脊柱骨折围手术期护理三方面的专科理论和专科操作成绩,以及实习教学满意度进行观察分析和统计。结果:实验组护理实习生专科理论和专科技能操作考核得分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。实验组护理实习生对临床教学满意度高于对照组,有统计学意义。结论:把翻转课堂教学模式运用于骨科临床护理带教中能够培养学生主动学习和思考的习惯,促进学生对骨科专科疾病护理知识和专科护理操作技术的掌握,并能更好地将理论转化应用于临床实践,提升学生的专科护理和服务能力,具有良好的临床推广应用价值。
Objective: To study the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in orthopedic clinical nursing teaching. Methods: A total of 120 nursing clinical college interns received by our department of orthopedics from June 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by 60 persons, who were arranged for clinical teaching in the first bone area and the second bone area respectively. The first bone area was the control group, whch adopted traditional teaching mode, and the second bone area was the experimental group, which adopted the teaching mode of flipped classroom. The specialist theories which included nursing of bone traction, postoperative hip replacement surgery, and perioperative spinal fracture, and the professional operation scores and the satisfaction of the internship teaching of the two groups were observed, and statistically analyzed. Results:The scores of the nursing internship theory and the special technical ability assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The nursing intern of the experimental group was more satisfied with the clinical teaching than the control group, which was statistically significant. Conclusion: Applying the flipped classroom teaching mode to the orthopedic clinical nursing teaching can cultivate students’habit of active learning and thinking, promote students’mastery of specialist nursing knowledge and operation technology of orthopedic diseases, and better transform the theory application. It can better apply the theoretical transformation to clinical practice, improve students’professional nursing and service capabilities, and have good clinical application value.
