大角度小箱梁安装技术关键问题分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Key Problems in Installation Technology of Large Angle Small Box Girder

本文以S7公路预制小箱梁安装作为研究对象,对其大角度小箱梁在进行安装过程中存在的运输安全和高端边梁两个关键技术问题进行分析,并根据问题提出针对性的对策,对保证箱梁安装的安全性与有效性非常重要,通过本研究结果以期对其他安装人员有所借鉴作用。

This paper takes the prefabricated small box girder installation of S7 highway as the research object, analyzes the two key technical problems of transportation safety and high-end side beam in the installation process of large-angle small box girder, and proposes specific problems. The countermeasures are very important to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the installation of the box girder. The results of this study are expected to be useful for other installers.
