基于磁流变液动力减振器的发动机隔振仿真与控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 提出了基于磁流变液动力减振器的发动机隔振振动模型,并结合实例对发动机整机隔振进行了仿真和控制分析研究。由仿真结果显示,所构建的磁流变液动力减振器模型及控制方法能较好地改善发动机整机隔振性能。相比传统动力减振器,磁流变液动力减振器及控制方法具有能根据发动机不同频率的实际振动状况,实时、精确地控制和改善发动机整机的宽频振动特性。 A vibration isolation model of engine based on magnetorheological dynamic absorber is proposed, and the vibration isolation of engine is simulated and controlled with an example. The simulation results show that the magnetorheological dynamic absorber of model can improve the vibration isolation performance of the engine. Compared with the traditional dynamic absorber, the magnetorheological dynamic absorber can control and improve the broadband vibration characteristics of the engine in real time and accurately according to the actual vibration conditions of different frequencies of the engine.
