摘要 京哈高速公路四平至长春段改扩建工程利用桥梁顶升施工是长平高速全线顺利通车的重要节点,无论是主线桥梁还是上跨主线桥梁的施工工期和施工质量均决定着长平高速公路能否顺利恢复通车。特别是上跨主线桥梁是当地居民出行的必经之路,相关部门批复的施工周期极短,施工难度大,任务重。本工程利用桥梁主梁多为预应力混凝土空心板梁,该桥具有梁板跨度较小、梁板数量大等特点,并且顶升施工桥梁多、施工周期短等诸多限制问题。在本工程施工中,基于上述桥梁存在的特点及问题,寻找一种适合高速公路改扩建桥梁顶升施工的施工方法,实现费用低、工期短、设备简单易于组织的完成桥梁顶升施工。 The reconstruction and expansion project by using bridge jacking construction of the Siping to Changchun section of the Jingha Expressway is an important node for the smooth opening of the Changping Expressway. The construction period and construction quality of the main line bridge and the upper main line bridge determine whether Changping Expressway can be successfully restored to traffic. In particular, the upper cross-mainline bridge is the only way for local residents to travel, the construction period approved by the relevant departments is extremely short, the construction is difficult and the task is heavy. The main beam of the bridge is mostly prestressed concrete hollow slab beam. The bridge has the characteristics of small span and large number of beams and slabs, and has many restrictions, such as, many jacking construction bridge and short construction period, and so on. In the construction of this project, based on the characteristics and problems of the above-mentioned bridges, this paper finds out a construction method suitable for the reconstruction and expansion bridge jacking construction of expressway, to complete bridge jacking construction with low cost, short construction period, simple equipment and easy organization.
