19世纪以来,马克思主义婚姻家庭观在世界范围内的影响不断扩大。随着新中国的建立,马克思主义婚姻家庭观也逐渐成为我国确立婚姻家庭制度的重要思想。家庭作为社会的基础,只有家庭和谐了,社会才能长治久安,才能有序发展。2015年2月17日,习近平总书记在会见全国文明家庭代表时指出:“无论时代如何变化,无论经济社会如何发展,对一个社会来说,家庭的生活依托都不可替代,家庭的社会功能都不可替代,家庭的文明作用都不可替代。无论过去、现在还是将来,绝大多数人都生活在家庭之中。我们要重视家庭文明建设,努力使千千万万个家庭成为国家发展、民族进步、社会和谐的重要基点,成为人们梦想启航的地方。”从这段话中可以看出,家庭所处的重要位置,占据着无法替代的作用。文明家庭建设的推进,是构建社会主义核心价值观,社会主义和谐社会的重要因素,对于促进家庭幸福,培养良好的社会道德风尚具有重要意义。
