布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗支气管扩张合并哮喘的临床效果

Clinical effect of budesonide formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of bronchiectasis with asthma

目的观察布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗支气管扩张合并哮喘的临床效果。方法将94例支气管扩张合并哮喘患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各47例。对照组采用布地奈德吸入治疗,试验组采用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FVC、FEV1、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC、PEF及SGRQ评分均显著改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗支气管扩张合并哮喘的临床效果显著,可提高患者的肺功能和生活质量,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of budesonide formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of bronchiectasis with asthma.Methods A total of 94 patients with bronchiectasis and asthma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide inhalation,and the experimental group was treated with budesonide momotrol powder inhalation.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV1,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC and PEF and SGRQ scores in the two groups improved significantly,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide formoterol powder inhalation has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of bronchiectasis with asthma.It can improve the lung function and quality of life of patients,with a high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
