复方苦参注射液联合胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床效果

Clinical effect of compound sophora flavescens injection combined with pleural infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion

目的观察复方苦参注射液联合胸腔热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液(MPE)的临床效果。方法将66例MPE患者根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(32例)和观察组(34例)。观察组将100 m L生理盐水+50 m L复方苦参注射液经胸腔注入后闭管,对照组行单纯闭管操作。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的疼痛缓解程度及生活质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发热、胸痛的发生情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合胸腔热循环灌注治疗MPE具有较好的临床效果,能明显提升患者的生存质量,缓解疼痛,同时不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广实践。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound sophora flavescens injection combined with pleural infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion (MPE).Methods A total of 66 patients with MPE were divided into control group (n=32) and observation group (n=34) according to different treatment methods.The observation group received 100 mL saline+50 mL compound sophora flavescens injection through thoracic cavity,while the control group received simple closure.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The pain relief degree and quality of life score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidences of fever and chest pain in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compound sophora flavescens injection combined with pleural heat infusion chemotherapy has good clinical effect in treating MPE.It can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,relieve pain,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion and practice.
