吸入、静脉麻醉方式在胆囊切除术中的应用价值

Application value of inhalation and intravenous anesthesia in cholecystectomy

目的分析吸入、静脉麻醉方式在胆囊切除术中的应用价值。方法选取2016年2月至2017年6月收治的94例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,按照麻醉方式的不同将其分为对照组(47例,丙泊酚单纯静脉麻醉)和研究组(47例,5%七氟醚单纯吸入麻醉)。比较两组的麻醉效果、各项临床指标及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的麻醉优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的定向力恢复时间、气管插管时间及意识消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中七氟醚吸入麻醉方式的应用效果优于丙泊酚静脉麻醉方式,可提升麻醉效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of inhalation and intravenous anesthesia in cholecystectomy.Methods Ninety-four patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were selected as study objects and divided into control group (47 cases,propofol intravenous anesthesia) and stydy group (47 cases,5% sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia).The anesthesia effects,clinical indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The recovery time of orientation,tracheal intubation time and consciousness disappearance time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has better effect than propofol intravenous anesthesia,which can improve the anesthetic effect and is worth popularizing and applying.
