摘要
目的观察去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合宫腔镜手术对子宫内膜息肉(EP)患者的治疗效果。方法将我院收治的251例EP患者按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组(n=125)与对照组(n=126)。对照组行宫腔镜下EP电切术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗。对比两组月经量、经期时间、子宫内膜厚度及EP复发情况。结果治疗后3、6个月,观察组月经量均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后经期时间变化优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度均显著缩小,且观察组小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组EP复发率为1.60%(2/125),显著低于对照组的7.94%(10/126)(P<0.05)。结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合宫腔镜手术治疗EP可减少患者月经量,缩短经期时间,减小子宫内膜厚度,减少EP复发。
Objective To observe the effect of deoxygestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets combined with hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps (EP).Methods A total of 251 EP patients admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group (n=125) and control group (n=126) according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic EP resection,and the observation group was treated with deoxygestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets on the basis of the control group.The menstrual volume,menstrual period,endometrial thickness and recurrence rate of EP were compared between the two groups.Results The menstrual volume of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3 and 6 months after treatment (P<0.05).The change of menstrual period of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness in both groups decreased significantly,and that in the observation group was smaller than the control group (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of EP in the observation group was 1.60%(2/125),which was lower than 7.94%(10/126) of the control group (P<0.05).Conclision Deoxygestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets combined with hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of EP can reduce the menstrual volume,shorten the menstrual time,reduce the endometrial thickness and recurrence rate of EP.
