VSD负压引流术治疗四肢创伤的临床效果

Clinical effect of VSD negative pressure drainage in the treatment of limb trauma

目的探究VSD负压引流术治疗四肢创伤的临床效果。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月本院收治的100例四肢创伤患者的病例资料进行回顾性研究,按照病例号奇偶数将其分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组实施常规治疗方式,试验组实施VSD负压引流术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的植皮时间、住院时间、肢体功能恢复时间、住院费用及创面面积均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的感染出现率显著低于对照组,植皮成活率及创面愈合率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的HSS评分及疼痛评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗3、7 d后,试验组的HSS评分均高于对照组,疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用VSD负压引流术治疗四肢创伤可明显提高患者的临床治疗效果,缩短植皮时间、住院时间及肢体功能恢复时间,减少住院费用,减小创面面积,降低感染出现率及疼痛评分,提高植皮成活率、创面愈合率及HSS评分,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of VSD negative pressure drainage in the treatment of limb trauma.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with limb trauma admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected for retrospective study.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to odd even number of case number,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the experimental group was treated with VSD negative pressure drainage,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The skin-grafting time,hospitalization time,recovery time of limb function,hospitalization cost and wound area of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The infection rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the survival rate of skin-grafting and wound healing rate were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in HSS score and pain score between the two groups (P>0.05);after 3 and 7 days of treatment,the HSS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the pain score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion VSD negative pressure drainage for patients with limb trauma can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,shorten the skin-grafting time,hospitalization time and recovery time of limb function,and reduce hospitalization costs and wound area.Meanwhile,it can improve the survival rate of skin-grafting,wound healing rate and HSS score,and reduce incidence of infection and pain score,which is worthy of clinical popularition and application.
