盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pediatric bronchial pneumonia

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的128例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和联合组,每组64例。对照组采用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,联合组采用盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组各项临床症状评分均低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血气指标(PaCO2、PaO2)均改善,且联合组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿支气管肺炎临床治疗中,布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入的效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pediatric bronchial pneumonia.Methods A total of 128 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects.The children were divided into control group and combined group by random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aerosol inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride.The combined group was treated with aerosol inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride and budesonide.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the blood gas indexes (PaCO2 and PaO2) of both groups improved,and those in the combined group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pediatric bronchial pneumonia,aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride has a significant effect,which is worth popularizing.
