摘要
本文介绍了孙钢教授论治胃食管反流性咳嗽的临床经验,孙钢教授认为本病因胃气上逆、肺失清肃而发生,故而治宜肺胃同治,和胃降逆与肃肺止咳兼顾。
This paper introduces professor SUN Gang's clinical experience on gastroesophageal reflux cough.Professor SUN Gang believes that gastroesophageal reflux cough occurs because of upstream stomach-Qi and impaired lung depuration.So it is advisable to treat both lung and stomach,give consideration to stomach depression,purging lung and relieving cough.
