摘要
目的探究醒脑静注射液联合小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法选取2016年12月至2018年1月我院收治的78例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各39例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予醒脑静注射液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组BI评分均显著升高,NIHSS评分均显著降低,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组D-D水平均显著降低,PT、APTT均显著延长,且观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组HO1、GFAP水平均显著降低,TGF-β1、IGF-1均水平显著升高,且观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为89.74%,明显高于对照组的71.79%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合小牛血清去蛋白注射液可有效抑制缺血性脑卒中患者的细胞因子水平,改善其神经功能及凝血功能,疗效确切且预后良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with deproteinised calf serum injection in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods Seventy-eight patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from December 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment schemes,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment;the control group was given deproteinised calf serum injection on this basis,while the observation group was given Xingnaojing injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the BI scores of both groups significantly increased,while the NIHSS scores significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of D-D in both groups significantly decreased,while the PT and APTT significantly prolonged,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HO1 and GFAP in both groups decreased significantly,while the levels of TGF-β1 and IGF-1 increased significantly,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 89.74%,which was significantly higher than 71.79% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with deproteinised calf serum injection can effectively inhibit the levels of cytokines in patients with ischemic stroke,improve their nerve function and coagulation function,and has a definite effect and good prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
