抗幽合剂联合四联疗法对慢性胃炎并Hp感染患者临床结局的影响

Effect of anti-Hp mixture combined with quadruple therapy on clinical outcomes in patients with chronic gastritis and Hp infection

目的探讨抗幽合剂联合四联疗法在慢性胃炎合并Hp感染患者治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2016年3月至2018年3月收治的106例慢性胃炎合并Hp感染患者的临床资料,根据不同的用药方案将患者分为对照组与研究组,各53例。对照组患者接受传统四联疗法,研究组患者在对照组基础上口服抗幽合剂治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前、后的中医证候评分、临床结局评分及Hp清除率。结果治疗结束后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率为92.45%,显著高于对照组的75.47%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的各中医证候评分及总分、各项PRO评分及总分均较治疗前明显降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的Hp清除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗幽合剂联合四联疗法在慢性胃炎合并Hp感染中的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的临床结局,清除Hp,对促进患者康复具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of anti-Hp mixture combined with quadruple therapy in patients with chronic gastritis and Hp infection.Methods The clinical data of 106 patients with chronic gastritis and Hp infection from March 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into control group and study group according to different medication regimens,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional quadruple therapy,the study group was given oral anti-Hp mixture treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,TCM syndrome scores,clinical outcome scores before and after treatment and Hp clearance rates between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.45%,which was obviously higher than 75.47% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and total scores,the PRO scores and total scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).The Hp clearance rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Anti-Hp mixture combined with quadruple therapy in patients with chronic gastritis and Hp infection has definitely curative effect,which can effectively improve the clinical outcome of patients and clear Hp.It is of positive significance to promote the recovery of patients.
