快速康复理念联合心理护理在关节置换术中的应用效果

Application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept combined with psychological nursing in joint replacement

目的探讨快速康复理念联合心理护理在关节置换术中的应用效果。方法将我院骨科收治的80例关节置换术患者按照随机数表法分为常规组(n=40,常规护理)和干预组(n=40,快速康复理念联合心理护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组SAS及SDS评分均降低,且干预组低于常规组(P<0.05)。术后1、3 d,两组VAS评分均降低,且干预组低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组术后并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组进食时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组Harris、HSS及BI评分均升高,且干预组均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复理念联合心理护理在关节置换术中的应用效果显著,其可有效缓解患者的不良情绪及疼痛,减少术后并发症,改善患者关节功能及日常生活能力,促使患者早日康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept combined with psychological nursing in joint replacement.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing joint replacement admitted in the orthopaedics department of our hospital were divided into routine group (n=40,routine nursing) and intervention group (n=40,rapid rehabilitation concept combined with psychological nursing) according to random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the intervention group were lower than the routine group (P<0.05).At 1 and 3 days after operation,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the intervention group were lower than the routine group (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the routine group (P<0.05).The eating time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in the intervention group were shorter than those in the routine group (P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Harris,HSS and BI in the two groups increased,and those in the intervention group were higher than the routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation concept combined with psychological nursing applied in joint replacement has a remarkable effect.It can effectively alleviate patients' bad mood and pain,reduce postoperative complications,improve patients' joint function and daily living ability,and promote patients' early recovery.
