渐进式喂养联合辅助干预在早产儿喂养不耐受中的应用效果

Application effect of progressive feeding combined with auxiliary intervention in feeding intolerance of premature infants

目的探究渐进式喂养联合辅助干预在早产儿喂养不耐受中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治的喂养不耐受早产儿80例,按照入院时间的先后顺序将其分为对照组(常规喂养)和观察组(渐进式喂养联合辅助干预),各40例。比较两组早产儿的临床症状消失时间和喂养不耐受相关临床指标。结果观察组的腹胀、呕吐、胃潴留消失时间均显著早于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的胃喂养时间、鼻胃管留置时间及恢复出生体质量时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对喂养不耐受早产儿实施渐进式喂养联合辅助干预,能够显著改善早产儿的喂养不耐受临床症状,促进早产儿达全胃喂养,显著缩短早产儿的鼻胃管留置时间和恢复出生体质量时间,值得进行临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of progressive feeding combined with auxiliary intervention in feeding intolerance of premature infants.Methods Eighty premature infants with feeding intolerance admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group (routine feeding) and observation group (progressive feeding combined with auxiliary intervention) according to the order of admission time,with 40 cases in each group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and related clinical indicators of feeding intolerance were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of abdominal distension,vomiting and gastric retention in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group (P<0.05).The gastric feeding time,nasogastric tube indwelling time and birth weight recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive feeding combined with auxiliary intervention for premature infants with feeding intolerance can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of feeding intolerance of premature infants,promote the whole stomach feeding of premature infants,significantly shorten the retention time of nasogastric tube and recovery time of birth weight of premature infants,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
