全髋关节置换术中后方软组织修复技术的研究进展

摘要 在全髋关节置换术中,后外侧入路被认为会导致更高的早期脱位率,严重影响患者的身心健康,因此探究如何减少脱位的发生尤为重要。研究发现,重建后方软组织可有效改善这一情况。而目前已经被应用的修复技术主要包括经肌腱修复、经骨修复和锚钉修复。尽管大量临床数据支持各种修复技术的临床效果,但有学者报道了修复技术相关的并发症及修复失败的情况。目前,骨科医生对后方软组织重建的有效性和安全性还存在质疑。本文主要从后方软组织修复技术的修复结果和并发症两方面进行讨论,目的是为骨科医生在选择后方软组织修复技术时提供更多的参考证据。 In total hip arthroplasty,posterolateral approach is considered to lead to a higher rate of early dislocation,which will seriously affect the physical and mental health of patients.So it is particularly important to explore how to reduce the occurrence of dislocation.Previous studies have found that the posterior soft-tissue repair techniques might make up that defect.Several repair techniques (including trans-muscular repair,trans-osseous repair and suture anchor repair) have been performed at present.Although plenty of clinical data support the clinical effects of various repair technologies,the failure and complications relevant to repair techniques have been reported in some studies.At present,orthopedist still have some queries in the effectiveness and safety of soft-tissue reconstruction.Therefore,this paper mainly discuss the clinical results and complications of posterior soft-tissue repair techniques in order to provide more evidences for orthopedists in selecting posterior soft-tissue repair techniques for total hip arthroplasty.
